acceptance
by downloading and using echo you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the app.
license
we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use echo for personal, non-commercial purposes. you may not modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app.
your content
you are responsible for the music files and album art you add to echo. you must own or have the right to use any content you import. echo does not host, store, or transmit your files.
location data
echo requires location access to trigger playback in your spaces. location processing occurs entirely on your device. you can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings, though this will disable geofencing features.
availability
echo is provided as-is with no guarantee of uninterrupted service. we may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time.
the app is free to use with no subscription or payment required. future features may be added or removed without notice.
liability
echo is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to battery drain from location monitoring or data loss from device changes.
you use the app at your own risk.
